The French Style crust is a slightly airier slightly sweeter, though not sweet, in comparison to the Traditional Style crust. The French Style crust would be comparable to a Marie Calllender's type crust whereas, the Traditional Style crust would be similar to a Philsberry Pet Ritz type crust.
