Imagineering Foods will ship your order either through Fed Ex Overnight for items that are frozen and USPS Priority Mail for any orders not requiring refrigeration. Orders will generally ship within two days. See our separate "Shipping Policy".

Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
Because we are unaware of your personal requirements and cannot provide dietary counseling or medical advice, Imagineering Foods LLC, here and after referred to as Imagineering Foods, cannot be responsible for the improper selection and use of its products. Consequently, we urge you to consult with a physician and/or dietitian for guidance concerning your dietary needs.
If you purchase products from a retailer or other web retailer or web wholesaler other than imagineeringfoods.com , returns must be made through that retailer or source. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In the event you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us no more than 7 days after receiving the products.
Due to the nature of the product, our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Call (248) 894-5203 9am-5pm, M-F, EST. Do Not return merchandise to us until you speak with a customer service agent. We will arrange for either a replacement or credit. No refunds or credits will be given without an authorization code.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case of non-damaged or non-spoiled product returns, e.g., ordered the wrong item, please do not return the item until you have contacted us. We will direct you what to do next and how to proceed.
When you contact us you will be asked the reason for the return. Once authorized, a credit refund will be issued. If the error was due to our fault the refund will minus a 15% restocking fee.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
